COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYZE OF HUNTING ACTIVITY BETWEEN THE SOME STATES OF THE USA

In this article illustrated some legal aspects of the states of USA in the research area of hunting activity and its legal characteristics. In addition, author gives a defection to several legal terms within the hunting activity. And in the last section of this article analyzed some legal case belongs to hunting activity. As a result of this comparative legal research author give some suggestions and recommendations for improving legal aspects of hunting activity in Uzbekistan.
