The article covers one of the significant issue in our society nowadays, opportunities created by the state for young people, chances that are given for educating abroad, beginning their own business. Moreover, peculiarities of internationalization of higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan and important facts about the degrees adopted by our president were noted.
