Abstract

This article analyzes the legal status of judges in English legal system, their role in the judicial system. Moreover, the stages of development of English legal system and the changes in the judicial system at these stages are studied. Specifically, the specifics of these stages and the historical facts in them are discussed. Furthermore, the role of judges in judicial system of Uzbekistan and English judicial system has been comparatively analyzed.
